Your website must be HTTPS: Since August 2014 Google made it official and if you don’t have a secured website you will be penalized.
Geolocation: Optimizing for the physical location you are in or where you want to do business is optimal. There are a variety of strategies to doing this so don’t hesitate to call for more details.
Website Speed: Making sure your website is fast is important for ranking factors and keeping Google happy. In 2010 Google stated “You may have heard that here at Google we’re obsessed with speed, in our products and on the web. As part of that effort, today we’re including a new signal in our search ranking algorithms: site speed.”
Some other ranking factors are Page Rank, Domain Authority, Anchor Text, and User intent/behavior. Who knows what factors will be important or how much weight they will hold in the next several months. Regardless you should use several SEO strategies when ranking your website.
